Botswana's first legal technologist.

Ratidzo L. Murwisi is a legal technologist, consultant, and admitted attorney with over 15 years of experience spanning in-house legal departments, financial services, and global innovation teams.

She is the founder of Duchess Consulting Firm, home to three distinct practices: Duchess Legal, RM Xchange, and BOLT. Her career includes being part of the founding team at Legaltech Hub (US-based), and collaborating with Definely (UK), Clio (Canada), and the Legal Tech Talent Network on adoption, training, and go-to-market strategies.

She regularly speaks and writes about how technology can transform legal practice, with a focus on equipping lawyers with tools to work smarter and deliver better outcomes for clients. She is a Tony Elumelu Foundation alumna and Botswana Country Hub Lead.
